About the place

Hello, 
This lovely big room in two parts, sleeping part and working space, is in a lovely Dutch house with garden. 
Tram 17 that takes you directly to the centrum is in walking distance. 
Several supermarket and shopping centers are very close. 

Please write me few lines about yourself. What you do, and what your hobbies are :)

* Registration is possible. 
* Room and house is fully furnished. 
* All costs are included. Energy cost (gas+electricity). if it exceeds 300 euros, then it will be shared between residents in house (it didn't happen last year). 
* Starting date of contract is June 20.
