About the place

Please read carefully before applying. It’s a three bedroom apartment in Amsterdam Geuzenveld area. One room will be available from September 1st. The room size is approximately 12 m2. There is an opportunity to buy a double bed from previous tenant for €150. 

Deposit is €700, utilities around €80, water+garbage tax to be paid for the remaining months of 2026 is €104.

You will share the apartment with me, an Ukrainian 29y.o working full-time and Cesar, Spanish 39y.o working full-time. 

We are looking for a girl, preferably in the same age category, who is also employed full-time and understands that home is a place to rest. Someone who is responsible financially, respectful and tidy. It’s extremely important to us to keep the apartment clean and safe. Therefore we have a cleaning schedule to follow and we only bring visitors informing each other upfront. 

Please, try to provide as much information as possible about yourself. The viewing will take place on 14th and 15th of August.
