Bare rent: €675/month (excl. service charges)
Deposit: 2 months (€1,350 total)
Preference: candidates with an additional guarantor

The room is exclusively rented to candidates who can demonstrably prove (with official documentation) that they belong to one of the following target groups:

* coming from a social shelter or in a social emergency situation;
* receiving a second chance after a previous tenancy was terminated, e.g. due to nuisance;
* a status holder coming directly from a COA reception facility and awaiting permanent housing.
