About the place

Hello dear people!

I am subletting my room in Nieuw West.

The apartment is on two floors and well maintained.
5 rooms in total share 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a large well-lit common area/kitchen. 

The room in question will be given furnished with none of my personal belongings inside so that you can make it your own place. 

Each of the current housemates works, studies or does both at the same time. We do not have mandatory movie nights or dinners since we all live our separate lives. Nevertheless, there is always somebody to drink a coffee or chat with. 

Period: February - June including (flexible move in)
Rent: 700€ including all utilities
After the sublet expires you can make a regular arrangement with the owner of the house.
