Hi all,

I am looking for a new subtenant/housemate for my apartment in Amsterdam-West, starting October 1st. The apartment is spacious, with plenty of room and natural light. It is located near Plein 40-45; shops, supermarkets, and public transport are just a few minutes' walk away.

You will share the kitchen, toilet, bathroom, storage area, and other common spaces. These areas are already furnished. You are welcome to use the kitchenware provided, and the fridge is shared as well. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a rainfall shower. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, the use of which is included in the rent.

This is a temporary sublet arrangement running from October 1st to February 1st, as I plan to move out of the apartment around that time myself. You would be renting a room in my apartment while sharing all other areas. The room in question is shown in the last two photos here. I am looking for a quiet, tidy subtenant who is open to the occasional chat but mostly does their own thing (just like me ;)).

This is on fairly short notice, as my current subtenant needs to move out quickly. The agreement requires a one-month security deposit, payable in advance and refundable at the end of the term, provided the place is left in good condition. The rent includes gas, water, electricity, and internet. Please note that municipal registration is mandatory.

I am available for viewings on Thursday, September 17; Friday, September 19; and Saturday, September 20, from 6:00 PM onwards. I look forward to hearing if—and why—you would like to be my new housemate.
