A beautiful 9m² room is available for rent in a wonderful location behind Kinkerstraat. For a maximum period of 3 months. Registration is possible.

The room is equipped with a bed, nightstand, clothes rack, small table, microwave, and a wardrobe. The room also has curtains and optional bedding, towels, and crockery. Internet is also available.

The common areas consist of the toilet and the bathroom, including a washing machine and dryer. The living room and kitchen are private spaces that cannot be used.

The room is available immediately and is for rent until August 1st. My ideal rental period is for a maximum of 3 people.

You will share the house with me—I am 34 years old and work as a nurse—my 9-year-old son, who is very quiet by nature and especially loves building things, and our elderly cat Dikkie (18 years old).

I prefer a person who is either working or studying. Age or gender is not preferred. However, we are looking for someone who fits our family situation. This means someone who is respectful and willing to take into account that a child also lives here. So far, we have had good experiences with two tenants!

*The lack of kitchen access with this room can, of course, be difficult. Previous tenants (2) did not find this to be an issue. They prepared meals in the microwave and air fryer. If you are truly our ideal tenant and cannot/do not want to do without a kitchen, there is a possibility to make arrangements in good consultation to reach a solution.
