About the place

I'm looking for one student & female roommate to share this modern and cozy apartment in Amsterdam Noord with two bedrooms plus shared bathroom, living room, dining room. Girls only. Two-year contract, renewable. Municipal registration OK. Currently unfurnished but I plan on buying some basic furniture for the shared areas and can help with also getting and setting up your room's furniture. Each roommate signs (by end of June) an individual student contract with the landlord, with approximate move-in date September 1st (current tenants leave on August 31st and the date may be slightly adjusted to ensure repairs if needed). Income check done by broker asap and final decision rests with the landlord. Municipal registration ok. Viewing feasible but to be arranged with owner and current tenants.
