About the place

I'm looking for two student roommates to share this modern and cozy duplex in Amsterdam Noord with three bedrooms plus shower and separate toilet in top floor plus shared living room, dining room, toilet, and backyard on ground floor. Girls only. Yearly contract, renewable. Each roommate signs (by end of May) an individual student contract with the landlord, with move-in date July 15. Income check done by broker asap and final decision rests with the landlord. Registration ok for two people, the third is in process and expected to be ready by early July.
