About the place

Location: IJburglaan (Excellent connection with Tram 26 – 15 mins to Central Station and Bus 66).

We are looking for a new female housemate to join our home. We are currently three girls between ages 24-30 looking for a housemate.

The Apartment:
• Spacious shared kitchen, living room, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and bathroom.
• Prime location: Albert Heijn, Etos, Volmar, HEMA, Holland & Barrett, Action, and more within a 5-minute walk.
• Close to the beach and parks – perfect for those who enjoy a swim or a walk.

We are looking for someone who is:
• Clean and Organized: We follow a weekly cleaning schedule to keep our common areas in top shape.
• Responsible & Honest: Clear communication and transparency regarding house expenses (we use Splitwise for fairness and clarity).
• Respectful: We value a chill environment (No smoking, no pets, no parties).

Rent is 885,36 €/month (Utilities included).

Viewings will take place between April 10th and 13th (possibly also the 6th). Online viewings are also possible.
