About the place

Room for rent in the iconic Iburg in a floating house with beautiful architectural surroundings and views,truly one of a kind of way of living. 
A bright, fully furnished room is available in a warm and welcoming shared house. You will be sharing the home with a Romanian, a Polish, and a 7-year-old boy.
The room is located on the ground floor of the house, very bright, and has a nice view. It is comfortable, spacious, and comes fully furnished, making it easy to move in and feel at home right away.

About the house

The house has a calm, kind, and positive atmosphere. It’s a home where people are respectful and value both peace and warmth. We enjoy cooking, sometimes having friends over for a relaxed dinner or a quiet evening.

The house includes:
A large living room with access to a terrace by the water, perfect for coffee, BBQ,  reading, or relaxing.
A second terrace with direct access to the Water,
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc.).
A modern bathroom and a separate toilet.
(There isn’t a lot of storage space, so it’s best suited for someone with a moderate amount of belongings.)

Rent: €1200/month (bills included)
Additional costs: yearly water and garbage tax

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a responsible, clean, emotionally mature roommate, ideally with a 9-5 job or a remote/hybrid work schedule, to fit well with the natural rhythm of the house.
Someone who appreciates a calm, respectful home, but also enjoys the occasional shared meal or friendly evening.
The room is available for 6 months or more depending on compatibility.
