About the place

Hello there!

Starting from Oct 1st, 2026, me (Rittika) and Chiara will be looking for a new roommate to share our cozy apartment with.

Our apartment is super nice and features:

- A spacious living room

- A kitchen with a utility room (washing machine available)

- A large bathroom and separate toilet

- A big balcony

The bedroom that is available is around 11m2, and the monthly rent is €630 inclusive of utilities (excluding internet). The apartment is located in Zuidoost, close to Amsterdamse Poort.

We are both full-time workers and are looking for someone who is also working full-time, independent and clean. 

The room is unfurnished however our previous room-mate is offering to sell her furniture (wardrobe and drawer) for 200 eur.
