Room available in a spacious apartment shared with 1 other in Amsterdam West - Bos en Lommer. Large kitchen/living area, sunny balcony, shared bathroom and plenty of storage included. Shared with 1 other female flatmate. 

Looking for a fellow working professional who is clean, tidy and is willing to take shared responsibility for the general upkeep of the apartment. 

Currently looking for someone to take over one tenant in an existing rental contract until the end of June 2026, with a possibility to extend further with another tenant. 

Rent = €1015
Bills = Just under avg100€ + 6 monthly water/waste tax. 

Additional fee = €350 agency fee (non refundable) for background checks etc. 

The new tenant will need to have a sufficient income and a work contract. 

Registration available. 

Viewings will be conducted over the week from 8th - 13th December and confirmed the week after. 

Move in from 1st of Jan.
