I’m looking for a new housemate to replace my current roommate in a shared apartment located in Amsterdam Zuid (Holendrechtstraat, 1078 TT), within walking distance of Amsterdam Amstel Station.

-  The apartment has three bedrooms:
1 small room with a private shower (currently empty)
1 medium room with a private shower
1 larger room without a private shower

In addition, the apartment includes:

2 bathrooms (one shared bathroom + additional private showers in two bedrooms)
Shared kitchen

Washing machine
High-speed fibre internet

- Amsterdam Amstel Station: approx. 10 minutes walking
- Easy access to Metro 51, 53, 54 and NS trains
- Quick connections to Zuidas, Amsterdam Centraal, and Schiphol

I’m 27 years old, originally from Brazil. I moved to Amsterdam earlier this year for work and work from home a few days each week.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easy to communicate with, and who enjoys a calm living environment.

📅 Move-in
- Available from 1 September 2026
- Earlier move-in may also be possible by arrangement, as we currently have an additional spare room available during the transition.
