Under all circumstances, you may only prepare meals in the shared kitchen-dining room. 
Cooking and laundry facilities are located in the dining room.

This is a strict rule under Amsterdam housing regulations.

The Amsterdam Housing Ordinance permits a maximum of two persons as one household.

Costs and Services

Selection and Approval

The resident receives permission to register at the address and obtain a Citizen Service Number (BSN), subject to compliance with applicable regulations.
The final selection for the tenancy agreement is subject to the explicit approval of the owner-landlord, as required by law.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Full-time employment;
• Minimum combined net monthly income for two partners = € 4.400,00;
• Minimum age: 24 years;
• Non-EU citizens: valid residence permit with a minimum remaining validity of 12 months;
• Strict zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking, vaping, pets, parties, nuisance, or aggressive behaviour;
• A demonstrably stable and non-problematic residential history.
