TWO rooms for TWO partners óf TWO family members ( brothers of sisters ) are offered in an apartment consisting of four (4) rooms, one (1) shared kitchen, three (3) showers and three (3) toilets. You become lodgers from the main-tenant. This four-rooms-apartment located Holendrechtstraat – district Rivierenbuurt. • Start 20 May 2026 = Two (2) rooms for joint occupancy by two partners or two family members: € 1.500,00 per month, including the advance payment for all utilities and service costs. The accommodation is offered on a temporary in-residence (lodger/hospita) basis only, for the purpose of bridging the period until the occupant has secured independent housing elsewhere. This accommodation does not constitute a self-contained dwelling and is explicitly not a studio or independent rental unit. Legal Nature of the Agreement This arrangement constitutes a lodger (hospita) agreement / sublease with the main tenant. The occupants: • rents the 2 rooms exclusively from the main tenant, not from the property owner; • enters into a sublease agreement with the main tenant only; • shall be classified as in-resident lodgers sharing facilities with the main tenant. You do not have direct contractual relationship with the property-owner Use of Facilities The occupant: • is entitled to use a private fridges, sink for dishwashing in accordance with municipal regulations; • is strictly prohibited from installing or using any private cooking facilities in both rooms. • is required to prepare all meals exclusively in the shared kitchen, using only the equipment provided and shared with the main tenant; Application Procedure (Mandatory) Applicants must submit answers to all twelve (12) questions listed in de AUTO-replay Failure to provide complete responses shall result in automatic disqualification from the selection process. Submission of an application does not guarantee an invitation or acceptance. Selection and Approval The main tenant reserves the exclusive right to select candidates to be proposed as subtenants. Final occupancy is subject to explicit approval by the property-owner, as required by law. Eligibility Criteria Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: • Two full-time employments; • Minimum net income: o Two partners: € 4.400,00 combined per month; • Minimum ages: 24 years; • If you are non-EU citizens: valid residence permit with a minimum remaining duration of 12 months; • Strict no-tolerance policy regarding smoking, vaping, pets, parties, nuisance, or aggressive behavior; • A demonstrably stable and non-problematic housing history. Costs and Services No extra costs. The main tenant provides and pays for: • utilities (gas, electricity, water); • internet; • local tenant taxes; • shared inventory. The occupants receive permission to register at the address and obtain a Citizen Service Number (BSN), subject to compliance with applicable regulations. Warning: If you do not follow up step 2 = the auto-replay within one hour, your application get cancel.
