Preliminary note: Two friends rent this home and have sufficient space to let a couple live with him.

They ask € 1.250,00 from a couple. You get one room and you share the diningroom - kitchen plus bathroom + 2e toilet unit with the two maintenants plus one time per week a professional cleaner.
The maintenants will then pay the remainder of the rent and costs himself.

This is a three room home ( ground floor ) with 3 bathrooms + 1 dining room with kitchen + yard.

Registration in the population register with a Dutch Citizen Service Number (BSN).

The owner must give approval.
Then it will be additionally assessed whether you understand the rules of the municipality of Amsterdam.
1- A maximum of two persons may jointly rent one home.
2- These two do not need to have a relationship. Legally two persons are one household.
3- In Amsterdam it is forbidden that three persons jointly rent a home.
4- A third or fourth person may only occupy a home as an additional family member. This is a second household.
5- The maintenant may rent this home together with a second person. Together we you then are one household.
6- The maintenant may also let a married couple live with him. They are then the second household.

The maintenant organize all contracts and payments for energy, water, internet, inventory and the waste levy and the water board tax.

You pay your share of the rent and the costs into the bank account from the maintenant.

You share one three-room apartment with:

· you both have an employment contract +36 hours per week for an INDEFINITE period.
· Together your Net salary added up = € 4.000,00 or higher.
· You do not smoke or vape and do not take a pet.
· You clean the bathroom + the toilet room + the eat-in kitchen once per week.
