About the place

Preliminary note: I am going to rent this home and have sufficient space to let a couple live with me.

I ask € 1.250,00 from a couple OR € 990,00 from one person.
I will then pay the remainder of the rent and costs myself.

Perfect location, Rivierenbuurt - car-free square in front of the door. No traffic noise.

This is a three room home ( ground floor ) with 3 bathrooms + 1 dining room with kitchen + yard.

Also suitable for working from home if you use the second bedroom for that.

Registration in the population register with a Dutch Citizen Service Number (BSN).

The owner must give approval.
Then it will be additionally assessed whether you understand the rules of the municipality of Amsterdam.

1- A maximum of two persons may jointly rent one home.

2- These two do not need to have a relationship. Legally two persons are one household.

3- In Amsterdam it is forbidden that three persons jointly rent a home.

4- A third or fourth person may only occupy a home as an additional family member. This is a second household.

5- I may rent this home together with a second person. Together we are then one household.

6- I may also let a married couple live with me. They are then the second household.

I organize all contracts and payments for energy, water, internet, inventory and the waste levy and the water board tax.
You pay your share of the rent and the costs into my bank account.

We share one three-room apartment with:

** 1 bathroom, bathtub/shower + 1st toilet in the hallway
** 2nd bathroom with 2nd shower in the large bedroom with doors to our yard.
** 3rd shower in 2nd smaller bedroom
** 2nd separate toilet in the hallway
** 1 eat-in kitchen with all equipment to cook, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher
** in our two bedrooms extra sinks and extra cabinets.
** 1 small tiled yard facing north
** 1 living room. This can also be the 3rd bedroom for a couple.
** 1 piece resident car parking permit
** We park bicycles in front of our home entrance. I do not have a separate storage room.
** Our home has high thermal insulation. Our heating costs are very low.
** The 3 rooms + eat-in kitchen have 4 layer glazing.

Pay attention to my 5 criteria!
•	you both have an employment contract +36 hours per week for an INDEFINITE period.
•	Together your Net salary added up = € 4.000,00 or higher.
•	You do not smoke or vape and do not take a pet.
•	You clean the bathroom + the toilet room + the eat-in kitchen once per week.

•	You conclude a rental agreement with me for a minimum of 6 months. And you have the standard notice period of 1 month in advance.

If you are interested in sharing this home with me you must simultaneously with your application answer these 11 questions:

•	Start date payment rent 1 April 2026. Agree ?
•	Of how many persons does your household consist? One or two persons ?
•	From both the nationality, gender and age?
•	From both the first day that you came to live in the Netherlands ?
•	If you are not an EU citizen the start date and end date of your residence permit ?
•	The start date of your employment contracts and the end date ?
•	The sector in which you ( both ) work with the function ?
•	The district ( the location ) of your employers (not the exact address ) ?
•	Is your total net salary higher than 2 x € 2.000,00 = € 4.000,00 ?
•	What is your current housing situation ?
•	Why do you want to come and live at this address in Holendrechtstraat ?

**Extra information.
All rules of the municipality of Amsterdam you must verify yourself with the municipality.
Those rules change every year. New rules have already been announced again for 2027.
