Hi, I’m subletting a 13m2 room in a furnished apartment of 75m2 with balcony.

The room is available from April 1st 2026 - January 31st 2027. 
The price is 1150 euros with a 1 month deposit (price is incl. utilities such as underfloor heating & internet). 

The place has a living room, balcony, bathroom, laundry room/storage area and a fully equipped kitchen. Also a treadmill 🙂

*Room:* comfy 1.60m bed, chest of drawers, clothing rack

The closest subway station is *4 min walking (Bullewijk station)* . It can take you to e.g. Waterlooplein / centre in 18min.

If you like movies, the *Pathe Arena cinema* is about 8 min walking from the house.  Concert halls like *Afas Live, Johan Cruif Arena and Ziggo Dome* are also easily reachable by walking.

I’m looking for a queer friendly person who’s clean, respectful and has a stable job. No big parties

*Me:* I’m a calm but sociable person (38), love music, movies & pop culture. I work in media and work 2/3 times a week from home. I speak Dutch & English.
