About the place

Mid August (possibly by the 1st already) a 16 m2 room will become available in a spacious apartment in Amsterdam North. The room is initially available till the end of December (extension might be possible). The entire apartment is 96m2 with shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet. The building is a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Noord metro station with an excellent connection to the center of Amsterdam. Cycling to the ferry takes 10-15 mins.

I am looking for a working person who is independent but also sociable. Someone who is calm, neat and takes joint responsibility for the household. A viewing can be arranged upon invitation.
