About the place

My home is a single-family house. The attic room (on the top floor) is ready to rent out. It is a spacious room (15 m²) with a small hallway (3.5 m²) and an adjoining nook containing a kitchenette (6 m²). The shower and toilet are located on the floor below. The house is situated in Slotervaart, right next to the Sloterplas lake. It takes about 15 minutes to cycle to Leidseplein.
Two cats also live in the house.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a small open shelving unit, a small bench, a small table, and a chair.
The kitchen area contains a table, two cabinets, a kitchen counter, a compact fridge, and an office chair. There is also a small oven, a kettle, a hot plate, pots and pans, and some crockery.
The kitchen unit is equipped with a water heater for hot water.
The previous tenant left a few items behind and would like 200 euros for them. These include: an office chair, a kettle, dinnerware, pans, a small oven, the bed, and the wardrobe.

I am looking for a quiet, sociable female housemate with whom I get along well. Feeding my cats when I'm away is very helpful for me.
Since this is not a self-contained unit, I cannot allow overnight guests (though exceptions are possible).
