A room in a beautiful penthouse apartment on the Herengracht grande canal, just off the buzzy Nine Streets. Old Dutch architecture meets minimalist modern design. The room includes an on-suite shower and large shared roof-terrace which leads directly off the room. The apartment is fully furnished with all comforts and the price includes all utilities, wifi, taxes and cleaning every second week. The apartment is shared with a professional expat.

My ideal housemate is:
 - Tidy
 - Respectful that the house is expensively furnished and unfortunately large parties are not encouraged
 - Works mostly from the office
