[Short term stay]
7/17-7/31th : my bedroom(small bedroom, 12m2) rent during my summer vacation - 40eur/day 

[Long term stay]
8/1- 2-3months first- and then indefinite contract or flexible : looking for a housemate for the big bedrom(20m2)  
 - Rent 975eur + G/W/E/internet - 220eur
 - Deposit : 1600eur 
 - Entire house : 80m2 

**Please read carefully 
> the most preferred candidate : who can do both short/long term stay. Also, as I am using the small bedroom, I want to be guaranteed that i use the main living room dominantly for my work and rest(But your bedroom will be large enough to put small sofa and 2ppl dining table!) 
> Fully furnished(but the bed might be sold, in that case i can borrow you a mattrece) / Registration possible from 8/1 
> I prefer 2-3months contract first and see if we are good match for as long-term housemate then we extend the contract :)
