About the place

I'm renting out my small room from 9/12/2025 to 20/1/2026 for 6 weeks. Registration is not possible, and shorter stays of this duration are also available, based on a rent cost of 240€ per week. But i prioritize the candidate who can meet the longest stay period.

 Renting out a fully furnished bedroom(10m2) and you can freely use the shared living room/kitchen/bath room. The entire house is around 80m2. 


Location : Near Rembrant park (5mins walk from Postjesweg metro station )

There is one more housemate, a Japanese girl. She will work mostly from home, but entirely kind and clean - I want someone who is also tidy and kind.
