Flatshare in Amsterdam West, double room in a two-bedroom flat, overlooks / next to Sloterpark. Converted house.

Currently a very amicable female, in her early twenties live here, a similar age female is sought after. Two to share.

15-30 minutes from the centre by metro, tram, bus or bike. Tram lines 1 and 17.  5 mins to Lelylaan train station on bike.

There are several supermarkets in a couple of directions within five minutes bike ride.

In the common entrance to the ground floor of this converted house, there is a washing machine, shoe racks, vacuum cleaner... Good wardrobe and chest of drawers' space in the bedroom. A double bed.

The house is fully furnished. Central heating, wi-fi, all utilities and bills are inclusive, euro 900 pcm. 

Safe, quiet area. Nice neighbourhood.

No smoking and no shoes inside the house please, respect your surroundings, nature, neighbours, clean-up, even if not yours.

Watch joggers and cyclist go around Sloterplas park / lake from your living room. View to the wood. Lake nearby.
