About the place

Hello everyone,

The room will be available from 01-01-2026.
I’m looking for someone who wants to stay temporarily, for a period of 6 months.
(If your profile does not include a photo, please understand that I won’t respond — a photo says a lot about a person.)

As you can see, the room is already furnished. Not with a lot, but with the basics to create a nice and comfortable atmosphere.
Please note: the apartment is currently under renovation. The photos you see are old photos. The room is being renovated at the moment and will look much nicer than what you see in the pictures now.

The room is spacious — you’ll get a very large room with a nice view, as shown in the photos.
It’s located in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost, close to Bijlmer Arena station. You’re practically close to Amsterdam Central Station, De Pijp, Amstel, Wibautstraat and Amstelveen.
If you have a car, you’ll easily reach the A10, A9 and A4 towards Rotterdam, Utrecht and Almere.
If you use public transport, metro lines 50 and 54 are only a 2-minute walk away.

There are also shops nearby that are open until 8:00 PM or 10:00 PM, such as supermarkets, Action and the Amsterdamse Poort shopping center.

In short: a nice room for a nice housemate.

I’m looking for someone who is independent, tidy, not too noisy, willing to contribute to cleaning costs, and studying (optional).
Some things are not included, but this can be discussed together. I’m not difficult, but I am direct.
The building is a student campus, and I would like to keep it that way. I’m looking for people who want to share the home respectfully with me.

I would like to set house rules together, so we can respect each other’s boundaries, live comfortably together, and avoid unnecessary irritations.

I kindly ask you to respect my time (and yours) and only make an appointment if you are truly interested in the room.
Please respond quickly and within one day, otherwise I will move on to the next person.

What I’m looking for is someone who brings a good vibe into the house and is truly looking for a place where they can feel safe and comfortable.
I also encourage you to carefully consider your options — I understand you’re looking for the right place for yourself.
Due to previous experiences, I do not allow registration at this address. Registration may only be possible after one year.

I’m doing this because I’ve had many positive and valuable experiences living with housemates over the years, both men and women.
