First: I encourage everybody to look for an introduction of myself in my profile! :) 

Now that you are familiar with me, let's start!


ABOUT THE APARTMENT AND THE ROOM

The apartment and the room are furnished.

I work mostly from the living room, that's why the living room is marked as "private". This does not mean at all that the tenant is forbidden from entering the living room, I am more than happy to spend time together! But please keep in mind that during working hours it is my working space :) The new tenant gets the big room, my room is small and a table does not fit in there. 


ABOUT CONTRACT DURATION

I am sure we will get along together but, just in case, I am looking for a "fixed term" duration. I am flexible with the duration though! (Kamernet forces me to put a fixed length, but it is negotiable). In any case, there is a maximum of 2 years.


ABOUT YOU

Now that you know about me, let's know a bit more about you! Ideally I am looking for somebody like-minded, quiet, clean and tidy. For regulation purposes, the person must be temporarily residing in The Netherlands for studying purposes.
