About the place

Spacious furnished room available in a calm and welcoming home in Bos en Lommer. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe and optional desk — ready to move into.
The home features a balcony and a rooftop terrace — a rare find in Amsterdam. You'll share the space with one permanent flatmate. The other flatmate of the home will be travelling, so in practice you'll often enjoy a quiet and spacious household.
We're looking for someone calm and considerate who is clean and tidy and won't be hosting parties and takes good care of shared spaces. A plant-based or consciously living housemate would be a wonderful fit.

We are quite friendly, and like our private space as well as sharing too. It is possible to extend the stay but that will be discussed later.
