About the place

A spacious and light-filled room is available in a corner penthouse apartment located near Westerpark. The room comes with its own private shower and sink, offering extra comfort and privacy.

The apartment features a large shared living room and kitchen, along with a generous south-facing corner balcony overlooking the city—perfect for relaxing or enjoying sunny days.

The room includes:
- A sturdy single bed that can easily be converted into a double  
- A small pull-out sofa for guests  
- Clothing rack  
- Drawer unit for storage  
- Bed linen and towels provided  

About the living situation:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me every other week when I’m working in Amsterdam. This means you’ll have the entire place to yourself roughly half of the time when I’m traveling for work. I’m also rarely home on weekends, so you’ll often have extra quiet time and space then as well. There is a possibility to extend the stay if it turns out to be a good match for both of us.

About me:
I’m 34, Danish and work as a program manager in tech. I enjoy hosting dinner parties from time to time and generally keep a calm and structured daily routine.

About you:
I’m looking for a calm, responsible adult with a full-time job—ideally with a schedule similar to mine (9–17). I usually start my days early with a workout and morning routine, so it’s important that you’re also comfortable with early mornings.

Keeping shared spaces clean and tidy is important to me, and I’m looking for someone who values the same.
