About the place

This large room is on the fourth floor of a beautifully restored building in the lively Haarlemmerstraat, a few minutes walking from Central Station. Nonetheless quiet at night, because there are no cafes or clubs in this part of the street and there is little motorised traffic. Great location right in between the medieval inner city, the elegant canal ring, the cozy Jordaan neighbourhood and the leafy Westerpark. The room comes upholstered and fully furnished (double bed, sofa, wardrobe, table with 2 chairs), has floor heating, and a private toilet with sink. The shared shower and spacious kitchen are new and fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. The 3 flatmates are all women in their mid-twenties, social yet respectful and all working fulltime. For this room we are looking for someone who wants to live in Amsterdam temporarily for the purposes of their studies or internship, preferably a PhD or masters student. Registration possible.
