You will have 1 bedroom plus share of the common spaces of course

AVAILABLE DECEMBER 1.
Rent is €1175 per month and all bills included.

Minimum 6 MONTHS contract. MAX 12

You will be sharing with me (landlord) and one more awesome room mate.

The apartment is big (over 100m2) and has plenty of space for all..

I am looking for a conscientious room mate. You should be employed full time and able to provide some references.  

1 Month rent will be the deposit plus 1 month rent in advance.

Balcony is small but nice to chill with an aperol or beer in the summer.
