Room available in a student rented apartment - looking for 1 roommate 

 • 128 m² apartment in Ganzenhoef (Amsterdam Southeast) with 3 bedrooms. The apartment is furnished and currently has 1 bed and 1 sofa bed.
• The apartment is for 3 students total. 
• Start date: 1 September 2026.
• Contract term: 1 year, with the possibility of extending to 2 years, depending on your plans and agreement with the landlord.
• Rent: €2,400 per month total, including district heating.
• Security deposit: €2,400 total.
•  Financial Proof of Sponsorship or Proof of Guarantee is required from parents.
• Gas, water, electricity, and internet are not included. You will need to arrange these services yourselves. The costs are expected to be approximately €150 per month. No TV Subscription needed.

Including the costs mentioned above, it is 900 euros per person, per month.

• To help keep the apartment in good condition, we are required to have cleaner visit once every three weeks. She cleans the entire apartment in 3 hours for €60.
• If there is any issue with the apartment (for example, no water or a similar problem), you can contact the property manager in the Netherlands.
• Municipal charges (waste collection and sewer charges) and water authority taxes are not included in the rent. Please keep in mind that these costs will be your responsibility.
• There is a storage unit beneath the building. While it is not officially included in the rental, you may use it to store your bicycles indoors. Some of the landlord's belongings are stored there as well.

There is a possibility to sublet your room if you are going abroad for an extended period. This is subject to the owners' approval, and they would prefer the subtenant to be someone reliable who is also a good fit with the other roommates.
If we travel during the summer, there may be an opportunity to swap apartments with the owners. This is not a guaranteed arrangement, but it is a nice possibility. If the owners stay in the apartment during that period, we as tenants would not have to pay rent for that time.
