Period: From 1 June 2026 - 1 June 2027 (Registration possible)

- Any other facilities (2 bathroom, 1 toilet, living room) are shared with other 4 Indonesian male.
- 5 mins walk to Ganzenhoef station
* 6 mins walk to AH and other food shops
* 3 mins walk to Gym
* +-20 mins to Centraal
* 35 mins to VU

Our contract is ending this month, and the landlord is giving an option to extend by 1 year from 1 June 2026. So, we will need to make a new contract again with the owner.

We prefer someone who is quick, as the deadline is approaching fast 😭👍. Viewing is possible (weekend or weekdays with my roommate), however, online viewing is preferable as on weekdays I'm going to work.

We have PS5 and sometimes hangout in the living room. We just want a respectful roommate, because it can get quite messy sometimes. However, we do weekly cleaning. 

The rent price is still tentative because there is a yearly increase 4% on the base rent. Current rent prince is 842(include), so approximately its going to be +- 880euro/month include utilities, but still depends when making the new contract again with the property manager.
