Enter the apartment on the second floor via a neat, shared staircase. 
The hallway gives access to all rooms: a spacious, light-filled living room with an open kitchen, access to the south-facing balcony, extra daylight through the side window, and a built-in closet. 
The kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, and dishwasher. From the hall, you reach the roomy bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine connection. 
There is a separate toilet in the hall. 
Finally, there is a medium-sized 10.9m² bedroom (FOR RENT), and a large 14.7m² bedroom (roommate), both large enough for a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. (A desk, double bed, and mattress can be provided if desired.)

LOCATION: The apartment is situated on a quiet street in trendy Bos & Lommer, close to Bos & Lommerweg. "BoLo," as the area is affectionately known, is lively and culturally diverse: you'll find all kinds of restaurants, the popular pizzeria Buurman & Buurman, Bagels & Beans, cozy terraces, several supermarkets, artisan bakeries, butchers, greengrocers, and a great fish shop. For theater, visit Podium Mozaïek. 

The Bos en Lommerplein is just a stone's throw away and offers stores like HEMA, Kruidvat, and Xenos. Need to relax? Head to Erasmus Park or Westerpark. De Hallen, the Ten Katemarkt, and the Amsterdam city center are all easily accessible by bike.

Logistically, the location is ideal: within five minutes by bike, you're at Sloterdijk or Lelylaan station, and tram lines 7 and 19 stop right around the corner.
