Because one of our roommates is leaving, we are looking for a cool, funny and somewhat cheeky female tenant with an open mind. From August 16 we have a beautiful room of 15 m2 for rent in a large and modern apartment of 110 m2. The apartment is one of the 400 owner-occupied apartments of the Golden Lion in Amsterdam. The complex is located in a park-like area, right next to Ganzenhoef metro station (line 53).
The room is unfurnished and has a large closet. It is possible to provide the room with necessary furniture.
The room is rented with (shared) use of the living room, kitchen, sanitary facilities and washing machine.
The rent of € 500, - includes the costs for gas, electricity, water, heating, internet, Wifi, etc. There are no additional costs. Registration in the Municipal Personal Records Database is required.
The supermarket and other shops for your daily shopping are next to the metro station.
The connection with the center of Amsterdam is super. You can do it in 13 minutes by metro; by bike in half an hour. And the night bus goes every hour.
