About the place

Recently got a house to rent. I am a student and looking for a fellow student who wants to rent together with me. Only for students, preferably an international student.
We will share the choice of room and do the furnishing together. It is a new house in a really good neighbourhood.
Minimum rental period is 1 year. If it works well, we can extend for another year. I am still studying for two more years.Registration is possible.
Looking for someone clean and organized. No parties or similar. I am a calm and quiet person.
It is a nice house with a recently installed new kitchen
It is located in a pleasant neighborhood with a lot of greenery
The area is well connected and easy to reach
We have our own storage space
A Basic Fit gym is a 5 minute walk away
There are enough shops nearby
The floor will be installed next week.
