About the place

I’m looking for a flatmate to move in a 2-bedroom appartement. 

The flat is located in a ideal area in West in a very quite street and 2 mins. walking distance from Jordaan. It was fully renovated 2 years ago so is still almost brand new. 
The flat is at the 3rd floor and enjoys a lot of light the whole day long thanks to huge windows and ideal orientation. 

The appartement is very spacious for 2 people, 84m2 with a great common areas. The living room can be split in to thanks to sliding doors. Ideal to get privacy even in shared areas. There is a big dinning table to host friends, comfy convertible couch (double bed), and HD TV. The kitchen is semi opened to the living room and is fully equipped, dish washer, microwave / hoven, fridge and freezer, etc. 
There is 2 balconies at each side of the living room with table and chairs to enjoy summer meals or drinks. 

The room is around 10m2 and comes with a double bed and few storage spaces. Extra storage spaces can be used in the living room in closets. 
Note that the 2 bed rooms are not next to each other and offers great privacy. 
There is a private bathroom that goes with the bedroom with a shower, a sink and storage space. 
The toilet is a separated room next to the bedroom. 
The washing machine is in another separated room and is modern (2 years old). 

About myself, I’m a 29 y/o french guy, I’ve been living in the NL for 4 years and in this flat for 2 years. I’m working at Nike EMEA headquarters in Hilversum, working 2 days a week from home. I’m traveling quite often to France, once every 2 months so the flat will be only for you times to times. 
I’m passionate about sports, playing rugby, and many other sports swimming, running, padel, etc. 
I also enjoy watching sport a lot so a sport lover flatmate would be a plus! 

I’m looking for an organized, clean and social flatmate with who we can set some common rules with staying flexible and chill. Most important for is is mutual respect and communication  to make it a nice cohabitation. 
Open to share nice moments, diners, sports, movies, etc :) 
The minium rent duration is a year and comes with registration.
