About the place

Hello!

I am in search of a roommate, and have a room with registration available from July 1, in a first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (1 toilet) apartment.

The apartment is in the Westerpark area not far from the park, Oud West, and Jordaan. It is recently renovated (my current flatmate and I are the first tenants to live in it) and it is fully equipped. You’d be close to the F. Hendrikplantsoen and Frederik Hendrikplnts tram and bus stops.

Total rent is €2,877.10 in the current contract (exclusive of utilities) and you’d be responsible for €1,438.55 + your half of a 1 month deposit. Utilities are usually €228.20 per month. The rental agency requires 3 - 4x monthly income (for both of us, combined), and will require pay stubs.

You would be sharing the flat with me. I work from home 5 days a week, and therefore am home quite often. I appreciate a calm, clean, and courteous living arrangement/environment.
