About the place

Hi!

From November 1st I'm looking for a new housemate. 

It's a beautiful monumental canal house right next to central station (2 min walk), it's the ground floor apartment with high ceilings. You will rent the patio facing room of 16 square meters with a built-in loft bed ( matrass 140 by 200cm). It's fully furnished. Towels and bed linen are also provided if needed. You'll share the apartment with just me. Renting includes access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet and patio. There's a washing machine, big fridge & freezer, oven and gas stove, and kitchen appliances. In the basement, you could store a suitcase or some boxes if needed.

Agreements: No smoking, no drugs, no pets. The rent is 1200 euros per month. Apart from that, a monthly amount of 150 euros will be added for utilities (gas/eletricity/water/internet) which should cover normal usage of gas & electricity. This means a rental total of 1350 euros a month.
I ask for one month deposit (1350 euros) which you will receive back in full when, at move-out time, you leave everything as you've found it.

At first the period is 6 months: from November 1st until 30th of April 2027.

I'm a 39 year old woman (fluent in Englisch and Dutch) and have lived in Amsterdam for half of that :) I'm working parttime as a medical doctor and as a tantric facilitator. I also like to spend a lot of my time at my trailer in the woods at The Veluwe. Meaning: half the time you'd have the apartment to yourself. Next to my time at the trailer I live a full working and social life, so I would mostly be away or keep to myself to wind down at home. I appreciate someone calm and mature. Being familiar with shadow/self-development work and tantric/temple spaces is a bonus!
