Studio / Room  available from first of October 2026.
Spacious furnished room with private kitchen including gas hob, fridge microwave, airfryer, internet connection, smart tv with wifi and cable connection. This room is actually larger than shown in the photo or video  The room is fully furnished. In the kitchen there are pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery .In the common area there is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board present. 
Shower / toilet area is shared with only 1 person.
Gas, light, water and Municipal taxes are included in the rental price of € 1225, - per month. The room is part of a single house with its own entrance. The location is attractive and close by, walking and cycling distance, many leisure facilities, for example sports centers, various shopping centers, Arena boulevard, cinema, café .. The area is beautiful, safe and with lots of nature.  The accessibility is very good by bus, night bus, metro and train. By metro you can reach the center of Amsterdam within 15 to 20 minutes.
