Hi! From February 1, a room will be available for one person (no pets) at the Geerdinkhof in Amsterdam South East. The room has an area of just 17 m2, and comes with a balcony of 3 m2. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom are shared with two other tenants. The rental price is € 600,- per month including gas, water, electricity, WiFi, and all taxes related to the room. The deposit is one month's rent, and the rental period is at least until 31/08/2026 (August 31, 2026), subsequently extendable by 1 year. 

The house is located on the edge of a beautiful park, close to a shopping center, a bus stop and the metro station Ganzenhoef, not far from AUMC, Hogeschool v Amsterdam (University of Applied Sciences) and the UvA. The shared kitchen is equipped with a combi oven-microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and all pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. The shared bathroom is spacious, with a double sink, bath, separate shower and a washing machine. 

You share the common areas with us – Sarunas (20) and Nick (33). Looking for a friendly and tidy person, non-smoker, respectful of the common areas and the housemates, and willing to occasionally share a dinner and perhaps play some board games.
