The room will be available from July 15th for one person aged 25 or older. If needed urgently, July 1st is negotiable.

The bedroom is 11 sqm, but there are two storage rooms where you can save your boxes and suitcases. The desk as seen in the pics could be removed. The shared living room with an open kitchen is 27 sqm. The balcony faces the sunset .

The apartment is located on a quiet, low-traffic street with plenty of greenery, cozy terraces, and nice boutique shops. Within a 10-minute walk: Albert Cuyp Market, Museumplein (Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum), Leidseplein, Vondelpark, Sarphatipark, Rembrandtplein, and Marie Heinekenplein. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can catch the metro, which takes you to Amsterdam Centraal or Amsterdam Zuid in five minutes.

You will be sharing with one flatmate: a male Dutch citizen, non-smoker, easygoing, and working in the media and non-profit sector. He works six days a week on average, also often in the evenings, and usually wakes up around 6:30 AM to go to gym and for a run. He definitely appreciates a casual chat in the kitchen or at the dining table. Obviously, having a personal click and open, honest communication are essential for a good co-living in the house.
