There is a wide variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars nearby, also an amazing flea market opening everyday too!!

The lease runs until end of July 2026, the apartment has to be FULLY EMPTY AND CLEAN by then as the landlord will come for check up right after, and no extension rental possible.

You’ll share the apartment with one UvA undergraduate student.

All-inclusive rent: €1430 (Cleaning service once every two months)
