About the place

Hi there :) My housemate is moving out of our cosy apartment that's across the bridge from Jordaan and all that it has to offer. You would be taking over her bedroom (also over her furniture if you’d like, we can discuss the details), and over her private balcony that’s covered, so you can enjoy it while it rains too. You’ll be sharing the rest of the apartment, which has been completely renovated in 2023 (so it’s energy label A, there’s floor-heating, a dishwasher, etc.), with me.

Some practical stuff: the rent includes everything except for the yearly water and waste bills. The video is of the apartment back when it was empty so you could get an idea of how it’s laid out; all other pics are up to date. Lastly, registration is of course possible. 

So, a little bit about me: My name is Ana and I’m 27. I get up quite early (I work in finance) and work from the office 5 days a week. I spend my free time at the gym, being out with friends, doing yoga, and traveling. I’d describe myself as very social outside of the house, so I’m always down for matcha walks, market runs, or whatever you’d like to do, but I like to come home to a chill place where I can decompress from a long day, and I’m ideally looking for someone who also sees their home as a place to wind down, recharge their social battery, and doom scroll in peace lol. I also really do value cleanliness, so it would be nice to share the space with someone who does too.
