About the place

I am looking for a resident to rent the room available in my apartment. The apartment is located on the modern and lively island of Zeeburgereiland and is just a 7-minute walk from the tram and bus station. You are at Amsterdam Centraal Station in 8 minutes with tram 26. Additionally, the apartment has a recently renovated kitchen, a spacious living room, and a generous balcony. You will have your own private room and share the common areas of the apartment (living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom, and toilet). The apartment also has a washing and dryer machine available for use. I am a 34-year-old working professional and I usually spend 3 or more days a week at the office. I also appreciate a peaceful living environment and a clean home. Therefore, I am preferably looking for someone at a similar stage in life and an enjoyable person who likes to do something together occasionally, but also someone who values their privacy. I expect you to be responsible, organised, clean, and contribute to the household.
