About the place

You will have two private rooms (27 m² in total):
Your own living room with a built-in wardrobe and an adjoining east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sunrise.
PLUS Your own bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, located on the west side of the apartment, with evening sun.

The two rooms are directly opposite each other. The hallway and separate toilet are located between them.
The rooms have a neat laminate floor and recently painted walls. Fast internet is available (Ziggo, 1200/120 Mbps). The rooms are furnished.

The mattress is NOT included. There is the option to take over an IKEA mattress from the current occupant for approximately €75–€100. Valeröy 160x200 medium.

Shared spaces
The shared areas are thoroughly cleaned once a month, and this cleaning is included in the total rental price.

You will share:
Hallway (10 m²)
Bathroom (5 m²)
Separate toilet
Kitchen (10 m², without dining table)
with a female housemate. She values a mature, clean and tidy home and a calm atmosphere.
A new refrigerator will be installed at the end of September 2026. The washing machine is one year old.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need, including a combination oven, air fryers, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc.

11-minute bike ride to the 9 Streets
15-minute bike ride to central station
Safe, green and family-friendly neighbourhood
Your bicycle can be safely stored in front of the house

Requirements
✔️ Woman, 25–43 years old, working / PhD / internship
✔️ Non-smoker
✔️ Duration: minimum 2 and maximum 9 months — hospita agreement
✔️ Deposit: 2 times the rent
✔️ Registration at the address is allowed
✔️ Works 4 days per week outside the house (strict requirement)
✔️ Start date: 1 October 2026 
✔️ You pay per month, this is not an BnB/Hotel
✔️ Financial security throughout the rental period: an employment contract covering the rental period ; or internship/PhD
✔️ Minimum income requirement: 2 × the monthly rent
✔️ Mutual 3-month trial period
✔️ No pets allowed
✔️ No smoking aloud in/around the house 

Rent price is ex. utilities.

The reason it's been online for 2 weeks is that either people are too young/old, or they couldn't make it financially: a work contract / proof of income is mandatory. And I don't choose just 'anyone'. It should fit the household also.
