The sofa bed can be used also opened as a king size bed.

It receives lots of sunshine throughout the day thanks to a 2-meter window.
The flat is fully renovated and the room is newly furnished.

The flat  is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the Zuidas and Gelderlandplein. Within the surroundings you will find plenty of supermarkets, a mall, big beautiful parks to walk around and gyms within walking distance.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is amazingly big and sunny :)
We are looking for working professionals, extremely quiet, extremely respectful, extremely tidy, non-smoking and extremely clean who can treat this house better than their own house.

No party/pet allowed
We need to keep silent at home because all of us work from home and to respect neighbors :)
