About the place

Registration possible.
I have a furnished room available for a nice and trustworthy person.   The room looks out over a big park and a lake.  The tram is a 3 minute walk from the apartment and then a 15 minute ride to Amsterdam central.  The grocery store and other shops are only a 5 minute walk and the beach is only a couple minutes further!
The apartment has a large living room and dining area (60 m2) and a big balcony.  You are free to use the washing machine, dishwasher, printer, TV, & internet.

Man or woman, 25-35, busy studying, working, you are a person your friends would say has integrity. You recognize that shared housing requires respect and kindness when interacting with each other. I expect you to help keep the house clean and this is a deal-breaker if you don't contribute. We can have dinner together sometimes, or watch a movie, but you should also be comfortable doing your own thing.
I speak English and Dutch.
