About the place

I am looking for a new tenant for my furnished room, as my internship is coming to an end. The room will be available from the afternoon of 15 July.

The room is located on the ground floor, is bright, and situated in a quiet area. It is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, clothes rack, desk, chair, shelving unit, and curtains. A spare key is also included.

The apartment is shared with three very friendly, quiet, and tidy flatmates (one man and two women). The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared.

The Metro Line 53 is just a few minutes away and takes you to the city centre in approximately 30 minutes. There are also several supermarkets and other shopping facilities nearby.

The room can be rented for an indefinite period and can be terminated on a monthly basis. When moving out, each tenant is responsible for finding their own replacement tenant.
