Located in a quiet residential area just outside A10 ring. 

Just a 15 mins walk to Diemen Zuid train/metrostation. Direct train to AMS airport from station in 20 mins.  Direct metro to AMS downtown in 20 mins.

- Not for couple !
- No car parking available. 

New, clean, safe and quiet. No roommates. References available.
