About the place

Hi all!

I have a sunny room available with a private kitchen on the first floor. . At the moment there are living 5 international female students, and we are looking for our 6th roommate

The house has a large eat-in kitchen with all the modern equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 large fridges etc). It has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom on the first floor with a shower and sink. There is a washingmachine and a dryer. You will share the house with 5 others, all female international students:-)
The house has a rental permit for renting to 6 persons, you will get a contract and registration is possible ofcourse.

About the room.
The room is on the first floor and is about 10 m2. In the room there is a kitchen with a sink, hot and cold water, a fridge, freezer and a microwave (no stove). The room is very sunny (South side). From the back of the garden you can reach the communal garden and the shared shed. The room has a bed, a closet and a table and chair. 

Total rent is E825,-
This is including utilities like
 gas, electricity, taxes, high speed internet, furniture etc.

The house is situated in a friendly  (family) neighborhood, so NO partyhouse!! (Also No smoking/no drugs))
It is close to the metro station (Verrijn Stuartweg or Ganzenhoef) and metro and trainstation Diemen Zuid. It is only 16 minutes to Central Station by metro, and 9 minutes by metro to the center of Amsterdam. There is an Albert Heijn nearby, and several other shops. Also the shopping area Amsterdamse Poort, Amsterdam Arena, Heineken Music hall, Ziggo Dome and Pathe are close

Deposit is 1,5 months
